How do I verify my identity?

We ask every client for two documents: one that proves who you are, and one that proves where you live.

What to upload

• Proof of identity: a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or national ID card.
• Proof of address: a document dated within the last three months — see Which documents prove my address?

How to upload them

1. Sign in to the client portal.
2. Go to your profile and choose to verify your account.
3. Upload a clear photo or scan of each document, then submit.

Tips for a quick approval

• Photograph the whole document, with all four corners in the frame.
• Make sure the text is sharp and not hidden by glare.
• Use the same name and address you registered with.
