FAQ

Questions about trading futures.

Still unsure? A named relationship manager will walk you through any of it.

  • Index futures on the US 30, US 500, US Tech 100 and Germany 40; the US Dollar Index; and energy futures on WTI and Brent crude and natural gas — all as CFDs from a single margin account.

  • You trade the price of the exchange-listed contract without ever holding it. There is no exchange membership, no physical delivery obligation, and no minimum exchange lot — position sizing is set by contract size and your margin tier.

  • Up to 1:200 on major index and energy futures, stepping down on thinner contracts. Your ceiling is set with your relationship manager against your experience and risk profile, and can be lowered on request.

  • Each contract carries the expiry of its underlying exchange listing, and the expiry date is shown in MetaTrader 5. Check the contract’s expiry and rollover terms before you hold a position close to that date.

  • Pricing mirrors each contract’s underlying exchange session, which for the major global benchmarks means around 24 hours a day, five days a week, with a short daily settlement break.
